4. Accuracy of Information
The information on this website is intended for customers of Opel Singapore. Opel Singapore will use its reasonable endeavors to ensure that the contents of this Site are accurate and up to date. Some of the equipment described or shown may only be available in certain countries or may be available only at extra cost. Customers are advised to check any specifically required vehicle features with their retailer at point of ordering. 5. Order Processing Time
The processing time for orders with special fulfillment requirements such as specific exterior colour requests, installation of additional parts and accessories, etc., will be provided on a case to case basis.
An order is ready for delivery only after the vehicle has been registered with the Land Transport Authority (LTA). Vehicle registration includes the securing of a Certificate of Entitlement (COE) which gives the right to own and use a vehicle in Singapore. Open bidding exercises for a COE are conducted twice a month and results are announced the week thereafter. Due to the COE quota limits imposed by LTA for each COE bidding exercise, the processing time for vehicle registration can vary from 1 to 3 months.
6. Delivery Scheduling
Once your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you to schedule the handover. Vehicles can be delivered during business hours at any day of the week except during non-working holidays.
We can deliver your vehicle to anywhere in Singapore at no extra cost.
7. Refund and Return Policy
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. In the event where customers choose to forfeit their purchase and request for a refund, the following shall apply:
(a) Refund request when the vehicle has not yet been delivered: all deposits collected will be forfeited. With the exception of special promotions where it has been stated that deposits collected are refundable.
(b) Refund request when the vehicle has already been delivered: the order is no longer eligible for a return and refund.
When a refund is processed for transactions made through the Site, the request is submitted to your bank or card issuer and the handling time can vary from bank to bank. The refund is seen as a credit approximately 5 to 10 business days later, depending on the bank.
Opel Singapore and their officers, directors, employees or agents exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, and whether in tort (including without limitation) negligence, contract or otherwise) in connection with the Site in any way or in connection with the use, inability to use or the results of use of the Site, any websites linked to the Site or the material on such websites, including but not limited to loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing of the Site or your downloading of any material from the Site or any websites linked to the Site. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit Opel Singapore’s liability for:
(a) Death or personal injury caused by Opel Singapore’s negligence;
